Sewer Collection System Improvements I – CDBG-MIT MT118 – The City was awarded $3,519,888.00 in CDBG Mitigation Funding to replace and rehabilitate four (4) lift stations, including installation of four (4) emergency back-up generators, replace the existing Master Lift Station with a newly constructed lift station on City-owned property at the NW corner of SW 6th Avenue (SR 231) and SW 5th Street, and to construct wastewater force mains to convey wastewater from the Master Lift Station and other wastewater pump stations to the City’s Wastewater Treatment Facility (WWTF).
- Next Update to go here – this would be something like “HUD Environmental Review completed and submitted to FloridaCommerce,” when the environmental review has been completed AND “Receive FloridaCommerce clearance of monitoring Technical Assistance Plan action Items.”
