The Hal Y. Maines Community Center and Townsend Green Building are available for rent. Reservations are on a first come first serve basis. 

Full Day Rentals last from 9:00 AM to 12:00 AM. Half Day Hours are from 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 5:00 PM – 12:00 AM

To rent one of these buildings for your event, please contact City Hall at 386-496-3401 for availability.

Download the application below and return it, filled out and with your payment, to the Lake Butler City Hall located at 200 SW 1st Street, Lake Butler, Florida, 32054.

There is an additional $125 key and cleaning deposit, that is required upon key pickup, and is refunded upon key return if building is left how it was found, and all tables and chairs are put back in the storage room, the floor is swept, and the trash is placed in the dumpster.
