ADVERTISEMENT FOR SALE OF COMMERCIAL PROPERTY
The City of Lake Butler is accepting SEALED BIDS for the purchase of a 27.6-acre parcel with (1) partially completed steel building and one (1) fully enclosed storage building which are located on parcel #36-05-19-000-000-0190-0, address 9422 SW SR 121 Lake Butler, FL 32054. Improvements to the property will be sold in “as is” condition. The zoning of the property is COMMERCIAL GENERAL (CG) and future land use classification is COMMERCIAL. The City Commission has established a minimum bid of SEVEN HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS ($700,000) which MUST be made in U.S. Dollars. The survey description, utilities information, and photos of the exterior and interior may be viewed on the City ‘s website at www.cityoflakebutler.com. The City will host a SITE INSPECTION/TOUR of the subject property on THURSDAY, MAY 1st, 2025 at 10:00AM at the address of the property 9422 SW SR 121 Lake Butler, FL 32054. Sealed bids will be received until 3:00pm on THURSDAY, MAY 15th, 2025, at which point the bids received will be opened publicly and read aloud. Only one bid per entity or person bidding will be accepted. Closing of the sale of the property shall occur within SIXTY (60) DAYS of bid award or bid will be disqualified automatically absent an extension granted by the City Commission. The City shall issue a warranty deed at its expense, with other costs to be paid by the successful bidder. Contract for sale and purchase MUST be executed within SEVEN (7) DAYS of bid award.
